Physics 302 Fall 2007: a TAMU APPEAL Program Course
This course develops the techniques of Hamiltonian and Lagrangian dynamics and uses them to calculate motion in the presence of conservative and non-conservative forces. Topics in nonlinear dynamics, continuum mechanics, and special relativity will be addressed. The course assumes, as prerequisite, a working knowledge of differential equations, linear algebra, and vector calculus.
